AAX for Pro Tools is coming later. Linux is not included in this release. Internet is required for download and activation.
What does paid beta mean?
A paid release while we refine S9 Sampler across more computer and DAW setups. Features may change and bugs are possible. Save regularly and keep backups of important sessions. We will clearly announce when S9 Sampler leaves beta. A lifetime v1 license includes the finished v1 release and v1 updates. Try it in your DAW and check the release notes before buying. Your consumer rights still apply.
Lifetime or monthly?
Both include every feature. A lifetime license is one payment for permanent v1 access, with offline use after activation. Monthly renews until you cancel and needs periodic internet access to renew the licence. Monthly payments don’t count towards a lifetime license.
How does the free trial work?
All features for seven days from activation. Create an account or sign in to start. No payment card, and no automatic charge when the trial ends.
Does one licence cover Mac and Windows?
Yes. The same S9 Sampler v1 licence covers both. Use one computer at a time and move your activation when switching computers. Both installers are available in your account.
Can I release music made with S9 Sampler?
Yes. A paid licence covers releases, client work and original sample packs. S9 takes no royalties. You’re responsible for the rights to any samples or other content you use.
How many computers can I use?
One computer at a time, with unlimited plugin instances. To move, deactivate the old computer in your account or S9 Sampler’s Settings > Account & Updates, then activate the new one. You don’t need to buy again. Contact support if you need help.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Cancel in your account before the next renewal. There’s no cancellation fee, and access continues through your paid period. Your exported music and your own files remain yours.
Can I switch from monthly to a lifetime license?
Buying a lifetime license does not cancel your monthly subscription. Cancel your subscription in your account first to stop future charges. Then buy a lifetime license using the same email. You keep monthly access until your paid period ends.
How do I get help or send feedback?
Open Settings > Send Feedback in S9 Sampler to report a bug or suggest an improvement. App, DAW and system details are included when you send. No audio, project files or screenshots are attached.
