Who we are
S9 Audio is a brand of SZ9 AB, organisation number 559559-3236, Västerås, Sweden. Contact: contact@sz9.se. Our complete business contact details must be available before sales open.
Payments and delivery
When enabled, payments are completed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link identified as merchant of record at checkout. Its transaction terms also apply. S9 Audio provides the software, licence, downloads and product support. Access is issued after payment is confirmed and is available through the account associated with your purchase email.
Prices
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes. Checkout may present a localized currency amount; the final currency and total are shown before payment. The Sampler perpetual introductory price is USD 99. Its standard price is USD 129. No introductory end date has been announced. A checkout already opened may retain its offer for up to 30 minutes.
Monthly subscriptions
The Sampler subscription costs USD 19 per month, with applicable tax included, and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel at any time through Billing in your account. There is no two-month minimum. Access continues through your paid period. Subscription payments do not accrue toward a perpetual licence. We do not change the agreed price of an existing subscription without the required notice and rights.
Paid beta
A beta is a working release still being refined. Read the release notes, known limitations, and tested compatibility before purchase. A perpetual beta licence includes stable version 1 and version 1 updates. There is no promised date for an unannounced release. Beta status does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Withdrawal and faulty products
Where applicable, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For immediately delivered digital content, that right can end only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been provided and delivery begins. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain. See our refunds page and online withdrawal form.
Changes and disputes
The terms provided with your purchase apply to that purchase. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Swedish law applies subject to those protections. Contact us first with a complaint. Swedish consumers may also refer an eligible dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and retain access to the courts with jurisdiction.
