Payment, confirmation and delivery
Moonbase provides our checkout, customer accounts and licence delivery. Your checkout and receipt identify the legal seller and any separate transaction terms. SZ9 AB supplies the software licence and product support. The final payment button commits you to the displayed price and stated renewal. Access follows confirmed payment. We email the accepted terms and delivery consent. Contact support if confirmation or delivery fails; this does not remove your rights.
Prices and what you receive
The offer and checkout state the product, version rights, currency, total including applicable taxes and promotion conditions. The price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order applies to that purchase. Prices and promotions for future purchases may change. Bundles contain only the products specified at purchase; future products and major upgrades are included only if expressly stated.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew at the price and billing interval shown at checkout and confirmed in your order until cancelled. S9 Sampler’s monthly subscription has no minimum beyond the paid month. Cancel before renewal through your purchase account or confirmation link, or contact support if unavailable. There is no cancellation fee; access continues through the paid period. Monthly payments do not count towards a lifetime license. A price change to an existing subscription requires advance notice and any consent or cancellation rights required by law; it does not change the price of an already paid period.
Compatibility, updates and beta releases
Check the product's published system requirements, plugin formats, activation requirements and release notes before buying. Beta releases are still being refined, but must meet their agreed description. A lifetime license for the version 1 beta includes the finished version 1 and v1 updates. No date is promised for an unannounced release. We provide updates and remedies required by law; beta status does not waive them. We cannot promise compatibility with every future operating system, DAW or third-party product.
Withdrawal and faulty products
Consumers generally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw from a distance purchase. For immediately supplied digital content, loss of that right requires express consent, acknowledgement, the required contract confirmation and commencement of supply. A terms checkbox alone is insufficient. The refunds page explains exceptions, remedies and the withdrawal form. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remains subject to mandatory remedies.
Website and account use
Use accurate purchase details and protect your sign-in links and activation credentials. Do not attempt unauthorised access, fraud, malicious uploads or disruption. Access may be restricted proportionately to address substantiated abuse or a security incident, with a way to contact support and challenge mistakes. This does not permit arbitrary loss of a paid licence. Third-party trademarks identify compatibility or their owners; they do not imply endorsement.
Changes and disputes
Your purchase confirmation records the terms that apply to that purchase. Later website edits do not retroactively reduce those rights. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful clauses continue to apply. Swedish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the courts available in their country of residence. Contact us about complaints. Eligible Swedish consumer disputes may be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN); we respond through its procedure. You remain free to use the courts with jurisdiction.
