Permission to use S9 software, in plain language.

Your licence
SZ9 AB grants the licensed user a non-exclusive licence to install and use the purchased S9 product within the purchased access period and version entitlement. The software and its intellectual property remain with SZ9 AB or their respective licensors. Your music and material remain yours.
Computers and sessions
One computer may be actively registered per licence. You may open unlimited plugin instances on that computer, including multiple tracks and supported plugin formats. You may deactivate a previous computer through your account to register its replacement. Do not share your account or activation credentials with other users. Contact support for recovery assistance.
Perpetual version 1
The perpetual Sampler licence grants permanent use of version 1, including stable version 1 and version 1 updates. It does not automatically include a future major version. Initial activation requires internet access or an offline licence-file transfer through another connected device. An activated perpetual licence can operate offline indefinitely. Continued compatibility with all future operating systems is not promised. Mandatory update obligations are unaffected.
Subscription access
Subscription access lasts through the paid billing period and requires periodic online licence renewal. A seven-day offline grace period follows the last verified paid-through date. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel a separately purchased perpetual licence. A running audio session must not be abruptly silenced by a renewal problem.
Music, samples and packs
You may use S9 software to create and release commercial music. You are responsible for rights to imported audio and other material. Processing, stem separation, or export does not clear rights in a third-party sample. Sampler pack sharing requires permission for the included material. Any supplied content may have additional, clearly identified redistribution restrictions.
Restrictions and legal exceptions
Do not distribute the plugin binaries, share licence credentials, or bypass activation controls without permission. Reverse engineering and transfer restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory interoperability, exhaustion and other statutory rights are preserved. Contact us for a licence-transfer request rather than sharing an account.
Refunds, support and liability
A valid refund may revoke the related server entitlement and future activation rights. A permanently offline perpetual copy cannot be remotely stopped; refunded users must discontinue use and remove the licensed copy. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Product support is available at contact@sz9.se. Third-party licence notices accompany the release.
